payee lock hash, transaction outputs must cover transaction inputs plus
this group's accumulated Mutant thresholds, matching the contract.
Pass only the Mutant outpoints declared by that group. The helper does
not infer group membership: callers must partition outpoints and invoke
it separately for each Spore group, even when groups share payee Locks.
Combining independent groups can incorrectly sum their thresholds and
reject a transaction that satisfies each group's rule.
